Kiki Cheng is an illustrator & designer with more than ten years of industry experience. Her professional experience has allowed her to work on extensive works including illustration, branding, and toy design. Her design is recognized by Hong Kong Licencing Award, HKSDA Award, IDA Award, and ARC Award. Kiki Cheng is also the creator of the character brand “Mikka”. She incorporates her own experiences and personality into one of the main character - Kiki, illustrating the story of healing and encouragement between Mikka and Kiki. She hope to convey a message of "harmony in diversity", to bring people closer and to spread happiness. In recent years, she has actively participated in local and overseas toy exhibitions, showcasing her original works and exchanging ideas with designers worldwide, hoping to enhance the international recognition of her personal brand.
Mikka (formerly Cataholic Wonderland) is a brand created in 2020 by Hong Kong artist Kiki Cheng, and it immediately became the Gold Winner of Hong Kong Licensing Award 2020 – Best Hong Kong New Character Award. The story follows a timid pig named Kiki, who finds courage and friendship in Meow Town with the help of Mikka, a kind candy magic maker and his sister Mira, who run a magical candy bakery together.
